Abstract
Welcome to the fifth edition of the Postgraduate Journal of Management Research, which celebrates the research capability, critical inquiry, and creativity demonstrated by our MSc students. As the journal editors, Amanda and Victoria are pleased to be able to showcase another cohort of student work in this journal, which publishes dissertation abstracts produced by students on a suite of MSc Management programmes here in Liverpool Business School.
This latest issue reflects the breadth, ambition and relevance of our students’ research interests. The abstracts span a wide range of contemporary management topics, including consumer decision-making, leadership, employee wellbeing, sustainability, digital business, and the growing influence of artificial intelligence across organisational contexts.
Furthermore, the diversity of our student community is reflected in the global perspectives that shape this issue, with students’ research drawing on data and contexts from the UK, Sri Lanka, Spain, and Nigeria. Collectively, the abstracts in this publication demonstrate both global and local awareness, and sensitivity to diverse organisational and cultural contexts.
We hope you enjoy reading this latest issue and find inspiration in the diversity and quality of the authors’ work.
