IMAGES

  • Please send in as TIFF files, with a minimum resolution of 800 dpi.
    • Please send in as EPS files, absolute minimum line width of 0.5 pt, preferred minimum line width of 1 pt. Do not place bitmap images within the EPS file, but send these in as TIFF instead, as indicated above.

Please note:

When graphs are produced in software such as Word or Excel, the default is to display the graph lines in color. These types of colored thin lines are difficult to reproduce, and therefore we would like to encourage you to submit such graphs in black & white with different types of dashed lines for total clarity.

Copyright permissions are a critical part of the publication process and in order to proceed with publication of your manuscript, all Copyright Permissions must be successfully received and completed. The T&F Permission FAQ document will assist you with some common copyright permissions questions, as well as provide you with instructions regarding how to use the Copyright Clearance Centre for your permissions requests. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions.

Please be reminded that your manuscript is not complete until all permissions are submitted.

You must sign and submit the Permission Verification Form.docx, which you can find inside the zip file for all your copyright needs (including the copyright agreement for your paper/extended abstract)
