ASPIRE Journal Logo design Competition (Deadline 1 September 2025)

Attention all LJMU creators, communicators and visionaries!

As a brand-new journal, ASPIRE is inviting the LJMU student and PGR community to help design a brilliant logo that captures the spirit of ASPIRE. It needs to be catchy, it needs to be bold, and it needs to be original. The logo will be featured on the ASPIRE website as well as in the ASPIRE Journal. And the ultimate prize - you can claim the bragging rights!

What We’re Looking For:

• The word “ASPIRE” must be included
• A design that reflects research excellence
• A strong visual connection to LJMU values
• An original, non-AI-generated image
• Copyright free
• Incorporates the ASPIRE colour: Byzantium / Deep Magenta / #821c69
• High resolution (300dpi)

How to enter:

Email your entry to aspirejournal@ljmu.ac.uk with:

• Your name
• The logo file (no larger than 1GB)
• A short description of your design

The deadline for submission is: 1 September 2025

The Winner will be notified by October 2025
